Jessica Reader is a master nutrition therapist at New Life Medical Centers. As a lifelong learner of health and well-being, she’s felt prompted to research the keys to vitality. In 2007, she enrolled in a comprehensive science-based nutrition training program at Nutrition Therapy Institute (NTI) in Arvada, CO. She moved forward to become a nutrition therapy practitioner, master nutrition therapist, and instructor for NTI. Her passion for educating others about healthy living from the inside out led her to continue professional training in functional medicine. Jessica enhanced her nutrition practice by studying coaching techniques and became a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach. She received additional certifications as a team well-being coach, genius breaks coach, yoga coach, and integrative health and well-being coach through YogaMedCo. Jessica has worked with thousands of individuals and groups to facilitate well-being via nutrition, mindfulness techniques, and stress management strategies. She loves to lead classes, workshops, and programs based on her ever-expanding knowledge and energy. With her guidance, you can stop guessing and start feeling your best. As an expert in nutrition and behavior change, she is here to provide education and support so you can achieve your health goals. When Jessica is not working, you can find her brainstorming ideas for her first book along a river or on a nature trail run. She also enjoys crafting a healthy meal, exploring waterfalls, and spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their two cats, Zeus and Athena. She loves to meet new people and is looking forward to connecting with you.
